Leadership & Ministry Training

Leadership & Ministry Training is where biblical conviction meets practical service. We designed this track for those who are already leading or preparing to lead in churches, ministries, and Kingdom-focused workplaces, yet desire structured guidance in how to do so in a truly Christ-centered way.

Our leadership training begins with Scripture. You will study how Jesus led, how the apostles served, and how godly leaders throughout the Bible handled responsibility, conflict, and growth. From there, we draw out clear principles for decision-making, team building, communication, and shepherding people in real-life settings.

Practical ministry application is woven into every session. Through case studies, discussions, and assignments, you will work through scenarios such as caring for hurting people, organizing ministry teams, handling spiritual opposition, and serving alongside your pastor or leadership board. The goal is not theory alone, but habits and skills you can use immediately.

All components are delivered through ministry training online via Zoom, making this program accessible to pastors, lay leaders, and bi-vocational servants wherever they live. You will learn in community with others called to lead, sharing experiences, praying for one another, and sharpening your approach to ministry.

Leadership & Ministry Training pairs naturally with our biblical and doctrinal courses, but it is also valuable on its own for elders, deacons, ministry coordinators, small group leaders, and Christian professionals who want their leadership to reflect the heart of Christ.
