Bishop Dr. Shirley Stanfill, OMS, PhD, is a world-renowned UN Ambassador and sought-after spiritual and business leader. A fourth-generation pastor from New York, she currently serves as the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Word and Worship Cathedral and the Presiding Prelate of Mount Olive International Fellowship. With over 40 years of dedicated service, she has influenced national and international communities through her ministry, activism, and leadership.

Bishop Stanfill is the founder of the House of Help City of Hope, a non-profit organization established in 1995, which has transformed over 70,000 lives with an impressive 85% success rate in helping individuals re-enter society as productive citizens. She has also been instrumental in real estate acquisitions and community development, revitalizing numerous properties in the Washington, D.C. area. Her “From Homeless to Home Ownership Program” empowers those in long-term recovery from substance abuse to achieve homeownership.

In addition to her spiritual leadership, Bishop Stanfill was appointed a United Nations Ambassador-at-Large, in recognition of her international humanitarian efforts, especially in Africa. She has been honored with numerous accolades, including the International Humanitarian of the Year Award, and commendations from President George W. Bush, Speaker Paul Ryan, and various Washington, D.C. mayors.

Together with her husband, Pastor Timothy Stanfill, and in collaboration with Compassion Restoration Centre, she co-founded the DG Club (Drugless Generation), supporting drug-free living. They also launched the Better Way Development Center, a 24/7 clinic addressing addiction and mental health in Washington, D.C.

Bishop Stanfill's influence extends globally as a consultant for Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams at the Compassion Restoration Campus in Ghana. Her life’s work has been recognized in The Washington Post, The New York Times, CNN, Fox News, and CBN.

Her academic credentials include a PhD in Chaplaincy and Philosophy from Canadian International Chaplaincy University (CIECA) and training with the Order of Missionary Stateswoman (OMS).

Bishop Stanfill finds her greatest joy in her family as a loving wife to Pastor Timothy Stanfill, a mother to six, and a grandmother to seven. Above all, she remains God’s humble servant, dedicated to spreading hope and restoration worldwide.
