Jennifer currently serves as the District Elder of KWWC, where she provides steadfast leadership under the guidance of Bishop Shirley Stanfill. Her ministry is characterized by a heart for the community and a desire to see others reach their full potential through faith.

At the center of her life is a 25-year marriage to Deacon Kevin Dowe. Their quarter-century of partnership is a testament to love, happiness, and a shared dedication to their family and spiritual calling.

Jennifer’s path to professional success began at Cheyney University, where she earned her first Bachelor of Science degree. Her early career was dedicated to shaping young lives through work with after-school programs, but a deeper calling emerged through personal trials.

Motivated by the profound experience of caring for sick family members, Jennifer transitioned into the field of healthcare. This journey of service led her to:
